The content of each package goes through a quality assurance system of more than 260 controls, from soil analysis and raw material testing to finished product testing. When our farmers harvest and deliver fruit and vegetables, the raw materials are tested for the most important substances. If our laboratory finds a substance that does not belong, the raw materials are no longer used.

Our laboratory's technical equipment can filter about 1,200 possible residues, in quantities as small as a grain of salt in a 25-meter pool.
